l'AFITEP.

This communication gives a report on the method used by the author to conclude the whole of the projects for which it is responsible. It acts of industrialist projects intended to produce consumer goods is in mass, that is to say in series. The border enters the building owner and the Master of work is in clearly defined theory, but reality transfigures the role one and other.
If the knowledge of the modes of failures makes it possible to eliminate, to control or control the majority of the risks, the industrial experiment innovating always comprises a possibility which a project does not proceed in accordance with the desired processes and objectives. Annoying consequences risks must be analyzed and one must make certain provisions.
